DIRECTIONS
From Western Queens: Queens Boulevard to 71st Avenue; make left on 71st Avenue, first right on 110th street, and right again on 71st road. The Forestal Condominium is located on the right, in the middle portion of the block.
From Long Island: Take the Grand Central Parkway westbound to the Queens Boulevard exit. Enter Queens Boulevard (you'll be proceeding westbound), and get into service lane. Proceed to 71st Avenue, make a right, and follow directions above.
Public Transportation: Take subway lines E, F ,G, R, or V to 71st Avenue/ Continental. Exit to North Side of Queens Boulevard. Office is just around the corner on 71st Road. By bus, 71st Ave/Continental is serviced by the 23, 60 and 63 lines.

Metered street parking is available; a commercial parking lot is located on 71st Avenue just north of Queens Boulevard.

The office is located on 105th Street, just off Jamaica Avenue.

DIRECTIONS
From Northern Queens: Take Woodhaven Boulevard south to Park Lane South. Make left on Park Lane South and follow to 105th Street. Make right on 105th Street, to #86-43. Office is on the left, on lower level. Easy street parking is available
From Long Island: Take the Grand Central Parkway West to the Jackie Robinson Parkway-exit 13. Take first exit, Metropolitan Avenue, East. At bottom of exit ramp, turn left onto Metropolitan Avenue. Turn right onto Park Lane South, and proceed to 105th Street. Make a left on 105th Street and follow directions above.
Public Transportation: The J-train stops at 105th Street and Jamaica. Bus #56 runs along Jamaica Avenue. Bus #11 runs along Woodhaven Boulevard.

The office is near Cross Bay Boulevard, behind the Lindenwood Shopping Center.

DIRECTIONS
From Queens: Take Woodhaven Boulevard southbound, until it turns into Cross Bay Boulevard. Make a right onto 153rd Avenue. At the first stop sign bear right onto 151st Ave. Proceed to find the Medical Arts Building on the left.
From Long Island: Belt Parkway to Exit 17N, Cross Bay Boulevard. Exit onto service road, and immediately exit right again to approach Cross Bay Boulevard. Turn left at the light onto Cross Bay. Make an immediate right onto 153rd Avenue, and follow directions above.

From Eastern points: Take the Northern State Parkway to Exit 32—Post Avenue. Make a left at the end of the exit ramp to proceed southbound on Post Avenue. The office is 100 yards south of the Parkway, on the left.
From Western points: Take the Northern State Parkway to Exit 32—Post Avenue. Make a right at the end of the exit ramp to proceed southbound on Post Avenue. The office is 100 yards south of the Parkway, on the left.

DIRECTIONS
From LIE or Northern State Parkway:Take the Glen Cove Road exit traveling north (exit 39 on LIE, or exit 31 on Northern State. Follow Glen Cove Road as it crosses Northern Boulevard, then follow directions below.
From Northern Boulevard: Turn onto Glen Cove Road heading north. Take the Long Island Expressway or Northern State Parkway to Glen Cove Road, North. Follow Glen Cove Road north, which will turn into Glen Cove Avenue. Bear left at the fork in the road to head towards Glen Cove. Glen Cove Avenue ends at the Fire House; here make a right onto Brewster Street, which changes its name to Forest Avenue. The building is located on the right.
