Call Center
Are you friendly and personable, with a great phone manner? We’re looking for call center team members to help patients connect with the care they need at our busy practice. In this role, you’ll answer incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, respond to patient questions, route messages to the appropriate team members, and help ensure that each patient’s experience begins with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency.
You’ll thrive in this role if you have a pleasant phone manner, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm and helpful in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a medical office or call center is a plus, but we are also happy to train dependable candidates who are eager to learn. To be considered for this position, you should have a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and a commitment to treat every patient with kindness, patience, and respect.

Billing
Are you detail-oriented and passionate about making sure everything adds up? We’re looking for dependable billing specialists to join our busy practice and help ensure everything runs smoothly when it comes to payments and insurance.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for accurately billing insurance companies and patients, following up on unpaid claims, helping patients understand their bills, and ensuring all information is submitted correctly and on time. You’ll work closely with our providers, staff, and insurance carriers to resolve discrepancies and support timely reimbursement—all while delivering excellent customer service with a compassionate touch.
You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy digging into the details, know your way around EOBs, CPT and ICD-9 codes, and insurance follow-ups, and can juggle multiple priorities at once. Collections experience is a plus, especially if you’re confident navigating sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism.
To be considered for this position, you should have an associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or 6-12 months of related experience and/or training.

Front Desk
We’re looking for front desk professionals to be the welcoming face of our fast-paced, OB/GYN practice. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients in the office and play a key role in keeping the day running smoothly.
You’ll check patients in and out, schedule appointments, manage and update patient’s electronic medical records, answer phones, collect payments, and make sure everything from insurance info to patient results are in order. It’s a busy role where no two days are the same—but you’ll be part of a supportive, team-oriented environment where your attention to detail and communication skills truly make a difference.
To be considered for this role, you’ll need a high school diploma or a GED. Front desk experience in a medical setting is a plus, but not always required.

Medical Assistants
We’re looking for motivated Medical Assistants to join our practice! If you enjoy engaging directly with patients and working closely with providers in a team-oriented setting, this role is for you!
As a Medical Assistant, you’ll play a key supporting role on our clinical team—preparing for and assisting our outstanding providers with in-office procedures such as Pap smears, biopsies, and IUD insertions. You’ll also support prenatal care, including setting up fetal monitoring, performing blood draws, and more. This position offers hands-on experience in both gynecology and obstetrics, working with patients across all stages of life.
Beyond patient care, you’ll help keep the practice running smoothly by maintaining clean, fully stocked exam rooms, managing lab logs, prepping charts, and supporting surgical scheduling as needed.
To be considered for a Medical Assistant position, you must have completed an accredited Medical Assistant training program and 150–200 hours of clinical rotations. Candidates building towards careers in the health professions (pre-med/pre-nursing/pre-PA) are welcome to apply.

Sonographers
We are seeking skilled and empathetic sonographers to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll use ultrasound equipment to capture high-quality obstetric and gynecologic images, assist in analyzing findings, and collaborate closely with our clinicians to help provide excellent patient care.
You’ll play an essential part in guiding patients through their exams—explaining procedures, ensuring comfort, and creating a positive experience from start to finish. Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to patient-centered care are key.
Proper credentials are required to be considered for a sonogram technician position at WHP. We request at least 2 years of experience with a primary focus in OB/GYN, including experience in all 3 trimesters of pregnancy. An ultrasound certificate from an accredited school is required; ARDMS is encouraged.

Clinical Results Team
Are you looking to make a real impact in women’s healthcare? We’re seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our Clinical Results Team.
In this role, you’ll work under the supervision of a clinician and follow clear protocols to assist in managing low-acuity abnormal lab results, follow up on imaging, and triage patient calls and messages. You’ll play a key role in ensuring patients receive timely, accurate information and feel supported every step of the way.
If you’re organized, confident communicating medical information, and thrive in a team-based environment, this is a great opportunity to grow your clinical skills and contribute to high-quality patient care. Medical Assistant certification and prior clinical experience are strongly preferred. Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.
Clinical Experience Opportunities
At The Woman’s Health Pavilion, we recognize the importance of supporting and training the next generation of medical professionals. Each year, we accept a limited number of individuals seeking clinical exposure through shadowing or formal clinical rotations. Applicants come from all disciplines: Medical assistant students, sonography students, medical students, and students on pre-PA and pre-NP tracks.
In our experience, students who spend at least 250 hours in our facilities gain the most from their experience. Our policy is thus to limit educational shadowing, externships, and other educational opportunities to individuals who are willing to commit to at least 250 hours.
Currently, all available shadowing/externship positions have been filled through December 2027.
