Conveniently located within about 2.5 miles of Elmhurst, our Forest Hills/Queens OBGYN office location is just north of Queens Boulevard across from the United Artists Midway Theater. You will find us on the second floor of the red brick Forrestal condominium building.

Directions From Elmhurst
- Take Queens Boulevard eastbound to 71st Avenue
- Turn left onto 71st Avenue. You’ll see The Vitamin Shoppe on your right.
- Go around the block, making a right on 110th Street, and another right on 71st Road.
- Our office is located between 110th Street and Queens Boulevard, on the west side of 71st Road, in the red brick Forrestal Condominum: 109-33 71st Road.
- You’ll find us on the 2nd floor. Press the buzzer marked “2G” for entry
