Metered parking is available on the street. There is a commercial parking lot on 71st Avenue just north of Queens Boulevard.

Welcome to Our Forest Hills OB-GYN Office

Our Forest Hills/Queens OBGYN office, just 2 miles from Glendale, is located on 71st Road just north of Queens Boulevard, across Queens Boulevard from the United Artists Midway Theater. We are on the second floor of the red brick Forestal condominium building. We take pride in providing complete care for women in a single location. We make it easy to get an appointment, and our office has its own lab, pathologist, and high-resolution 4-D ultrasound equipment. On behalf of the entire staff, we look forward to serving you with the highest level of care and consideration.

Directions to Our Forest Hills Office

  • From Glendale, take Myrtle Avenue, Cooper Avenue, or Metropolitan Avenue towards Woodhaven Boulevard.
  • Proceed northbound on Woodhaven Boulevard towards Queens Center Mall.
  • After passing under the Long Island Expressway underpass, make a right on Queens Boulevard.
  • Proceed eastbound on Queens Boulevard until you arrive at the Yellowstone Boulevard/Jewel Avenue intersection. You’ll pass a Starbucks on the right, and a 7-11 on the left. Make a left onto Jewel Avenue.
  • Take the second right turn onto 110th Street.
  • Proceed for 3 blocks and make a right onto 71st Road.
  • The Forestal Condominium is located on the right side in the middle portion of the block. If you see a parking spot, grab it!
  • We are at 109-33 71st Road in Suite 2G.
