Toni-Marie Milito, MS, PA-C joined The Woman’s Health Pavilion in 2014. Toni’s true passion is women’s health, and she has been working in this field since earning her NCCPA certification in 2012. As a certified physician assistant, Toni skillfully and compassionately provides many of the services patients seek from a nurse or gynecologist at all of our Long Island locations.

Education & Training

Toni-Marie earned her Bachelor’s degree at Hofstra University and her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Pace University in Manhattan. During her graduate education, Toni served as Class President, functioning as a liaison between her colleagues and their professors. After graduation, she was offered a position as an Adjunct Professor at Pace, where she has contributed to the education of hundreds of young physician assistants.

An Interview With Toni-Marie

What do you like about the work you do at The Woman’s Health Pavilion?

My interests and areas of specialty are gynecology and in-office procedures.

What does NCCPA Certification mean?

To become certified, I first earned my Master’s degree from the accredited physician assistant program at Pace University. I then passed the Physician Assistant National Certifying Exam (PANCE) administered by the NCCPA. I am nationally certified and licensed by the state of New York to practice medicine and prescribe medication with OB-GYNs.

How long have you been practicing in the field?

I’ve been working as a physician assistant since 2012.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?

I enjoy teaching students at a graduate level that are aspiring to become physician assistants. I also enjoy outdoor activities such as running, photography, and beach volleyball.
