An Interview with Tricia Singh
What led you to the field of obstetrics/gynecology?
I’ve been working in ob/gyn since my first PA assignment, where I quickly developed a passion for working with women. Over the years, I’ve continued to learn and grow, making a difference by providing high-quality care to the women I serve.
How many years have you been practicing in the field?
I have been practicing as a PA in obstetrics and gynecology for over 21 years.
What makes your job rewarding? What do you enjoy about your work?
I am driven by developing rapport with patients to provide the best possible care for them. It is also an honor to work with highly experienced mentors, who demand excellence from themselves and from others.
What brought you to the area and to this practice?
I have family who are patients at WHP and friends who work here, and they all speak highly of the practice. I live nearby, so I was delighted to be offered a position at The Woman’s Health Pavilion.
Do you have special interests or areas of specialty as an ob/gyn?
Patient counseling and education is my focus, from annual visits to women with conditions such as PCOS or uterine fibroids.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
Traveling, long walks in the park, and spending quality family time. During my favorite season (Summer), I love to swim and spend time outdoors.
