Our Forest Hills/Queens OBGYN office is located just north of Queens Boulevard, across from the Midway Theater. Patients come see us from Rego Park, Middle Village, Kew Gardens, Elmhurst, Corona, and Glendale at this location as well as other towns surrounding Forest Hills.
From specific cities:
From Western Queens:
- Take Queens Boulevard to 71st Avenue.
- Make a left on 71st Avenue
- Take your first right onto 110th Street and then the first right onto 71st Road.
- Our office is located on the second floor of the Forestal Condominium. The Forestal is located in the middle of the block between Queens Boulevard and 110th Street, on the right side.
- We are at 109-33 71st Road in Suite 2G.
- Ring the buzzer for entry.
From Long Island:
- Take the Grand Central Parkway westbound to the Queens Boulevard exit.
- Enter Queens Boulevard (you’ll be proceeding westbound) and get into service lane.
- Turn right on 71st Avenue.
- Take your first right onto 110th Street and then the first right onto 71st Road.
- Our office is located on the second floor of the Forestal Condominium. The Forestal is located in the middle of the block between Queens Boulevard and 110th Street, on the right side.

Subway
Take subway lines E, F ,G, R, or V to 71st Avenue/ Continental. Exit to North Side of Queens Boulevard. Our office is just around the corner on 71st Road.

By bus, 71st Avenue/Continental is serviced by the 23, 60, and 63 lines.
Parking
Metered street parking is available; a commercial parking lot is located on 71st Avenue just north of Queens Boulevard.
